Books 

I read a really good book by Colin Powell – It Works For Me. He talked about giving people a second chance and how being in control of your weapon is a big thing. Once, he misplaced his weapon and a person in leadership found it. He didn’t come down hard on him but he gave Mr. Powell a chance to prove himself. It wasn’t a career ender. When I was in the military and when a person made a mistake, they would have a way to redeem themselves.
